- Schedule follow-up sessions: We want to ensure you stay on track towards reaching your goals, so your sports dietitian will meet with you for 30 minutes each week to go over your prior week’s nutrition and activity. During this time, we’ll provide you with the actionable guidance needed to set you up for success during the upcoming week.
