Important Update on Appointments and Scheduling (Coronavirus)
EFFECTIVE FRIDAY, MARCH 13
As coronavirus (COVID-19) cases continue to grow, we know the level of anxiety is also increasing – for you, your friends, and family members. To help mitigate any risk to both our clients and our staff, FoodandFitnessPro will be temporarily transitioning to virtual/phone appointments until further notice. Our Melville and Hicksville locations will remain closed during this time. We will be closely monitoring local government guidelines and response to determine when it will be safe and secure to re-open our offices.
Please Note the Following:
All existing appointments will remain at their normally scheduled time. If you need to reschedule for any reason, please contact your Nutritionist.
Your Nutritionist will call the phone number we have on file at the time of your appointment. If you require the use of a different number or alternate virtual meeting method, please contact your Nutritionist or email Shana@FoodandFitnessPro.com to work through the details.
If you have a scale at home, feel free to weigh yourself weekly. If not, we can check it in the office next time you’re in. This will not impact the quality or content of your session.
- Send your food log to your nutritionist via email before the session begins.
