  • When you book, you will be paired with a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist who is the right fit for YOU!

  • In your initial one-hour consultation, we'll discuss your current lifestyle, develop your personalized nutrition plan, and establish realistic long and short term goals.
  • We’ll examine your routine, eating habits, food preferences, fitness, energy, stress and sleep levels so we can identify and prioritize key focus areas.

  • Each week we’ll meet for 30 minutes to review prior activity with a focus on success and challenges, and then look to planning for the coming week.
  • Together, we’ll review your prior week's nutrition to provide actionable guidance, so you can push your goals forward. We will always focus on what's important to YOU and enable you to guide the scope of changes and goals.
